If you have registered for the conference after receiving acceptance, or your paper is listed here, you should do the following steps before May 31, 2024 for the IEEE publishing option.
- Make sure your paper is according to IEEE template. (Download Word Template).
- For the paper template, the template given on the web page must be strictly observed. (Unformatted papers will not be indexed by the IEEE.)
- Ensure paper title is not capitalized, except first of letter of each word (excluding preposition).
- Authors names and affiliations are correct.
- Pages should not have page numbers
- Insert figures and tables after they are cited in the text. Use the abbreviation “Fig. 1” in the text, even at the beginning of a sentence. Make sure the text cites tables as “Table I”, “Table II”, and so on.
- The similarity score of paper to be published in IEEE Xplore should be at most 25%.
- Add the proper copyright notice (for IEEE) :
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-9676-8/22/$31.00 ©2023 Crown
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-9676-8/22/$31.00 ©2023 European Union
- For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-9676-8/22/$31.00 ©2023 IEEE
- Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
- Convert with PDF eXpress:
- Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
- If you are using PDF eXpress for the first time:
- Click to Create Account
- Enter the following:
- Conference ID: 57170X
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted
- An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- After activating your account, log in to the system.
- If you are logging in to the system for the first time, fill in the personal information form that opens
- If you have already used PDF eXpress for another conference:
- Please enter 57170X for Conference ID.
- Enter your e-mail address and password you used before
- Click on log in
- After logging into the system:
- You must load your paper into the system using the "Dashboard> Create New Title" menu. Make sure, Title should be exactly matches the title as written on your paper.
- If your IEEE PDFeXpress®-generated PDF is ready for submission, click on Approve button to submit the PDF to the Conference Editor.
Moreover, the generated PDF file through IEEE PDF eXpress should be sent to the jawad.rasheed@izu.edu.tr e-mail address without changing the filename given by PDF eXpress. The email subject should be "[ICAIoT 2022] PIDXX: CameraReady Sub", replace XX with your paper ID assigned by EasyChair. - If your paper does not pass the PDF eXpress test, correct the errors in the incoming e-mail and repeat the same process again.
After collecting camera-ready papers, one of the corresponding authors of each paper, will receive a e-mail from editor with a link to submit the copyright form for the paper.
